I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights, and unfortunately, it was a pretty unpleasant experience. On arrival, the sheets were crusty and stained, and my complaints were completely ignored. The service was exceptionally rude, making the atmosphere incredibly unfriendly. To top it off, the air conditioning in my room didn’t work at all, which made for very uncomfortable nights. When I checked out, I faced more issues with the staff, as one of the cleaning women was rude and unhelpful. Definitely not a place I would recommend.
